Mrs. Bernice L. Kelly is no stranger to helping others. A dedicated civil servant, Mrs. Kelly taught for two years before working at the Ministry of Education and the Department of Archives. She has been with Project Read for the past 1½ years. She is an active member of Grace Community Church and a qualified lay counselor. In addition to this, Mrs. Kelly tutors two adults as well as two young men at the Simpson Penn School for Boys.
Mrs. Kelly is an active reader and ensures that she is on top of current issues. She is excited about improvement and is dedicated to making a difference!
